We always print exactly what you upload. Because of this, we cannot issue a reprint or refund for low-quality, blurry, pixelated, or incorrectly prepared artwork files. If you need a refund or reprint for any other reason, your request must be reviewed and approved by management before processing. What Exactly Is Custom UV DTF Transfers?

Custom UV DTF transfers are premium peel-and-stick decals designed specifically for hard, non-fabric surfaces. These transfers are NOT for clothing and should never be heat-pressed onto apparel. Instead, UV DTF transfers are engineered for durable, professional application on solid materials where traditional vinyl or heat transfers fall short.

UV DTF stickers are perfect for surfaces such as wood, laptops, drinkware, notebooks, acrylic, plastic, metal, glass, and hard sports equipment. Printed using UV-cured inks, these transfers deliver vibrant color, sharp detail, and a slightly raised texture that gives a premium, long-lasting finish.

One of the biggest advantages of custom UV DTF transfers is durability. They are waterproof, scratch-resistant, fade-resistant, and designed to withstand daily use. UV DTF transfers do not fade in sunlight and are safe for dishwasher use; however, handwashing is recommended to maximize the longevity of the sticker.

UV DTF Gang Sheet Requirements

Use our software to upload your files and build your UV DTF gang sheets online. All gang sheets are produced at 22 inches wide by your selected height. To ensure professional output, all files must be uploaded at 300 DPI. Low-resolution files may result in pixelation, and we are not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-quality artwork.

Artwork preparation is critical. All backgrounds must be removed, and artwork should not be mirrored. Very small text under 8px and extremely fine details are not recommended, as they may not reproduce cleanly. Always inspect the edges of your designs before submission to ensure smooth, clean print results.

Customer Responsibility Notice

The customer is fully responsible for final artwork approval and output. Any reprints required due to file issues, incorrect sizing, or design errors must be paid in full, unless a design or editing service was requested prior to production.
