We always print exactly what you upload. Because of this, we cannot issue a reprint or refund for low-quality, blurry, pixelated, or incorrectly prepared artwork files. If you need a refund or reprint for any other reason, your request must be reviewed and approved by management before processing. We want every order to come out perfect — so please make sure your artwork meets our recommended upload standards before submitting.

WHAT EXACTLY IS CUSTOM UV DTF TRANSFERS?

They are not for clothing! UV Transfers are for hard surfaces. They are perfect for wood, laptops, drinkware, notebooks, hard sports equipment, etc. They're waterproof and scratch-resistant. These transfers don't fade in the sun and are long-lasting. Transfers are dishwasher safe however handwashing UV Dtf transfers are the best way to ensure the longevity of the sticker. 

USE OUR SOFTWARE TO UPLOAD ALL YOUR FILES TO BUILD YOUR GANG SHEET. GANG SHEETS ARE SIZED 22 INCHES WIDE BY YOUR SELECTED HEIGHT.  ALL FILES MUST BE UPLOADED IN 300DPI. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PIXELATED ARTWORK. PLEASE BE SURE TO REMOVE ALL BACKGROUNDS FROM ALL IMAGES. DO NOT MIRROR ARTWORK. VERY SMALL TEXT UNDER 8PX IS NOT RECOMMENDED. VERY SMALL DETAILS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED. PLEASE ENSURE TO CHECK THE EDGES OF YOUR DESIGNS. 

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL OUTPUT OF THE DESIGN AND ANY REPRINTS WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL- UNLESS THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS A DESIGN AND EDITING SERVICE.
