3. What are your business hours?

We are open:
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Orders placed before 2 PM qualify for same-day pickup or shipping.

5. Do you have a minimum order quantity?

For most items, no minimum order is required. You can order a single custom shirt or a large batch for an event, business, or team.

6. Can I upload my own design?

Yes, you can upload high-resolution files (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG) when placing your order online.

7. Do you offer design help?

Yes, our in-house graphic design team can create or enhance your artwork to ensure it looks great when printed or embroidered.

8. How long does production take?

Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days. Bulk or embroidery orders may take slightly longer.

9. Do you offer rush order services?

Yes. If you order before 2 PM, you can qualify for same-day shipping or pickup. For urgent needs, our Rush Order Service can be ready within 2 hours (subject to availability).

10. What shipping options do you offer?

We ship nationwide with:

11. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders over $175 receive free ground shipping within the continental United States.

13. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

16. What is a DTF Transfer?

DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are high-quality, full-color prints that can be heat-pressed onto garments. They’re durable, vibrant, and perfect for cotton, polyester, and blends.

17. What is a UV DTF Sticker?

UV DTF stickers are weatherproof decals for hard surfaces like mugs, tumblers, and glass. They’re scratch-resistant and waterproof.

18. How should I wash printed apparel?

• • Turn inside out
  • Wash cold with mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results

  19. Can I return or exchange custom items?

  Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Contact us within 7 days with photos if there’s an issue.
